About the Position
Were seeking an interim commercial leader to head up our Flora Professional & Industrial Sales UKI division shaping its presence across the UK and Ireland foodservice landscape during a key transition period.
As Interim Head of Flora Professional & Industrial Sales UKI youll lead our commercial strategy and execution across a broad range of channelsfrom Scalable QSR High Street LSR and Informal Eating Out to Regional Foodservice Specialist Channels Industrials and Wholesale Route-to-Market (R2M).
Youll be joining and guiding a talented team supporting strategic growth plans across both established customer relationships and high-potential emerging segments. This role is hands-on dynamic and vital to ensuring momentum as we continue expanding our portfolio and presence.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Leading the commercial growth strategy and P&L ownership for all Flora Professional & Industrial Sales UKI channels and customer groups across the UK & Ireland.
Accelerating penetration in high-growth segments such as QSR LSR Informal Eating Out and Industrials while reinforcing our foodservice foundations.
Supporting and directing a cross-functional team spanning account management customer development marketing and operational execution.
Driving customer-centric innovation and activating our NPD pipeline with a practical understanding of culinary category and technical needs.
Representing the UKI Flora Professional & Industrial Sales business internally and ensuring continuity between local execution and our European leadership agenda.
What Does It Take to Be Successful
Were looking for an adaptable and inspirational interim leader with strong commercial instincts people leadership and a focus on execution.
Youll bring:
Solid leadership experience in foodservice B2B FMCG or similar out-of-home sectors
Expertise across multiple route-to-market channels especially QSR LSR and wholesale
A proven ability to drive growth and manage commercial performance
A collaborative and agile mindset ready to dive into both strategic and hands-on work
A passion for food innovation and empowering teams
