What You Will Do:
- Design develop and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions usingGoogle Vertex AIandGeminimodels.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform and CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub actions.
- Build and optimizegenerative AIandagentic AIsystems for real-world applications in secure environments.
- Integrate AI solutions acrossmulti-cloud platforms includingAWS SageMakerBedrock andAzure OpenAI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategies architectures and deployment pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards in all AI implementations.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
What You Will Need:
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD TOP SECRET security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE TOP SECRET or higher-level clearance are preferred.
- Bachelors degree is required
- Minimum FIVE (5) years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus ongenerative AIandagent-based systems.
- Experience with GCP services and infrastructure design.
- Deep hands-on experience withGoogle Cloud AI tools includingVertex AIAutoML andGemini APIs.
- Proficiency withAWS AI/ML services(e.g. SageMaker Bedrock) andAzure AI(e.g. Azure OpenAI Cognitive Services).
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch or JAX.
- Proven ability to work in secure mission-critical environments.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Masters degree
- Experience withLLM fine-tuningRAG pipelines ormulti-agent orchestration frameworks(e.g. LangChain CrewAI).
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices in secure cloud environments.
- Experience with monitoring tools and observability practices.
- Google Cloud certification (e.g. Professional Cloud Architect).
- Prior work supporting DoD IC or federal government AI initiatives.
