Summary
A Learning Operations Specialist plays a crucial role insupporting the delivery and administration of learning programs within the focus on coordinating training logistics ensuring efficient processes and providing administrative and strategic support to optimize learning role often involves managing learning management systemsdata analyticsand working with stakeholders to improve learning outcomes.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

In Essence a Learning Operations Specialist ensures that learning programs are delivered effectively and efficiently contributing to the overall success of the organizations talent development efforts.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Proficient in Docebo LMS Excel and Power BI Miro and Outlook Calendar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good critical thinking analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to manage projects
  • Highly organized and detail driven
  • Highly motivated and self-directed
  • Possess a continuous learner mindset

Education and/or Experience

  • College degree preferred.
  • Institutes designations required along with a desire to demonstrate continuous learning through additional insurance and/or training and development designations.
