About the role:
We are seeking a compassionate reliable and trauma-informed Support Worker to assist a new client residing at Reservoir House. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference in the life of someone rebuilding after significant personal challenges

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Help clients with mobility and transportation needs
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions
- Assist with meal preparation and household tasks
- Develop and implement individualised care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best possible care for clients
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Experience & Qualifications:
- Qualification in Health/Aged Care/Disability Services (required).
- Minimum of 1-year full-time experience in Australia within Health/Aged Care/Disability Service
- Licenses & Certifications
- Qualification in Health/Aged Care/Disability Services (required).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check ID or ability to obtain one (required).
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate or ability to obtain one (required).
- Current Drivers License own car and comprehensive/third-party insurance (required).
- We are committed to child safety. This role requires compliance with child safety policies and completion of pre-employment checks including Working With Children Checks.
