About the program
We are looking for innovative ambitious individuals to join us and work on global products in our key verticals impacting the lives of millions of users daily. 

We offer a unique environment for you to learn and develop your skills and to contribute to the development of our cutting-edge science and Machine Learning solutions. You will have some of the most talented and experienced ML engineers and Data Scientists in the industry as mentors to help you ramp up and a support group you can go to for help and connection.

To be eligible for our program you must:

• Have the right to live in Germany and/or hold an EU passport

• Have (or be graduating this summer from) a Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Engineering Data Science Computer Science or a related field

  • If graduated you may have a maximum of 2 years of Data experience in the above scopes through projects internships and/or full-time work

• Note: Coding bootcamp graduates are also eligible to apply 

• Showcase interest in/excitement for data-science outside of the classroom (open-source/side projects leadership/volunteering roles Kaggle competitions Github activity conference attendance etc.)

• Be an analytical thinker and strong problem solver with a humble inquisitive approach

• Have good communication and collaboration skills

• Be business fluent in English

• Be excited about working in a fast-moving agile company where we learn from our mistakes

Qualifications :

•  Good coding skills in Python and its scientific stack (e.g. Pandas PyTorch scikit-learn)

• Knowledge of best practices in software engineering 

• SQL and data warehousing (BigQuery Redshift)

• Good understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and statistical methods

  • We would highly value some previous experience in the areas of Search NLP LLMs or Agentic AI

Additionally we expect your curiosity and interest in learning/trying out new technologies.
