Position Highlights:
- Location: Fully remote (must reside in the Pacific Time Zone)
- Compensation: $125000$180000 DOE
- Bonus: $10K for 2000 billable hours; an additional $10K for every 100 hours beyond
- Billables: Reasonable target of 1800 annually

What Youll Do:
- Handle a diverse caseload including arbitration overpayment recovery and provider reimbursement disputes
- Prepare claims analysis draft legal documents and manage case strategies from start to finish
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team led by a respected industry veteran
Candidate Qualifications:
- Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
- 1 years of litigation experience (contract disputes or business litigation ideal)
- Self-motivated highly responsive and professionally grounded
