Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Selenium (C#) and Tosca who possesses a strong analytical mindset and a passion for continuous learning. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated eager to upskill in new technologies and capable of delivering high-quality test coverage in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with C# for web applications.
- Create and manage test cases in Tricentis Tosca leveraging reusable modules and test data design.
- Perform functional regression integration and exploratory testing as needed.
- Analyze user stories and requirements to identify edge cases and build robust test scenarios.
- Collaborate closely with developers product owners and business analysts during Agile ceremonies.
- Identify log and track defects using standard defect management tools (e.g. JIRA Azure DevOps).
- Continuously learn new tools technologies and frameworks as per project and organizational needs.
- Participate in code reviews test design reviews and contribute to test strategy improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 25 years of experience in software testing.
- Strong hands-on experience in Selenium with C# (NUnit/TestNG or similar frameworks).
- Experience in Tricentis Tosca test case design module creation and execution.
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies (STLC SDLC Agile).
- Good debugging and analytical skills; able to think through edge cases and failure scenarios.
- Fast learner with a growth mindset able to pick up new tools and technologies quickly.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Good to Have:
- Exposure to API testing (Postman RestSharp etc.).
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps Jenkins).
