Aldersgate is looking for FT and PT nurses to support our Skilled Nursing Facility! This position will be responsible for providing direct and indirect resident care. We are looking to fill 1st 2nd and 3rd shifts - 7a to 3p 3p to 11p 11p to 7a.

What youll do:

• Perform complex tasks for residents such as catheterizations sterile dressings and treatments and colostomy irrigations
• Assist RN in observing and assessing residents total condition
• Assist in processing of physicians orders
• Document appropriate resident related information such as problems assessments or changes in EMR system
• Assist in scheduling appointments and arranging patient transportation
• Perform any other duties as assigned by designated supervisor

What youll need:

• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs
• Current unencumbered RN or LPN license
• Experience in senior living preferred but not required

Compensation is $31.00 - $34.00 per hour for LPNs and $38.00 - $44.00 per hour for RNs based on background and experience plus our comprehensive benefits package and sign-on bonus!
