Aldersgate is looking for Full - Time Nurses to support our Skilled Nursing Facility! This position will be responsible for providing direct and indirect resident care. We are looking to fill 1st 2nd and 3rd shifts - 7a to 3p 3p to 11p 11p to 7a.

What youll do:

• Perform complex tasks for residents such as catheterizations sterile dressings and treatments and colostomy irrigations
• Assist RN in observing and assessing residents total condition
• Assist in processing of physicians orders
• Document appropriate resident related information such as problems assessments or changes in EMR system
• Assist in scheduling appointments and arranging patient transportation
• Perform any other duties as assigned by designated supervisor

What youll need:

• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs
• Current unencumbered RN or LPN license
• Experience in senior living preferred but not required

Compensation is $31.00 - $34.00 per hour for LPNs and $38.00 - $44.00 per hour for RNs based on background and experience plus our comprehensive benefits package and sign-on bonus!
