What you will do-
Stryker is hiring a Lean Engineer in the Ventura California manufacturing site. Stryker is one of the worlds leading medical technology companies and is dedicated to improving patient outcomes and making healthcare better. Our products are used in operating rooms throughout the world consisting of surgical power tools batteries and procedure-specific accessories. As a Lean Engineer you will be responsible for evaluating and improving value streams at Strykers site. You will design lean systems influence cross-functional teams and execute improvement initiatives to continuously drive top performance from our production system.

$84900 - $136100 salary plus bonus eligible benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.
