The role
- Full Time Fixed Term (2 years)
- Level B - $113841 to $134965 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
- Albury Wodonga Bathurst Dubbo Orange or Wagga Wagga
We are seeking aResearch Fellowto join our dynamic team. You will work closely with the Chief Investigator to manage plan and execute the project ensuring milestones are met with excellence. This role involves coordination across national and international partners offering a rich and collaborative research environment.
Charles Sturt University is proud to lead theMOSAIC Project a multi-centre international research initiative aimed at developing and validating a scale to measure psychological capacity for healthy collaboration with Flinders University the University of Adelaide and the World Health Organisation this project offers a unique opportunity to contribute to globally impactful research.
About you
- Doctoral Qualificationin Public Health or a relevant health discipline.
- Project Management Experiencein large-scale research across geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.
- Research Expertisein both qualitative and quantitative methods including data management and analysis.
- Strong Organisational Skillswith the ability to work independently prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent Communication & Collaborationskills for engaging with diverse stakeholders and fostering a positive work environment.
