THE BASICS
Pay: With a competitive pay range of $32 - $40/hour plus commission.
Schedule: This full-time position offers a consistent schedule Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM providing you with a healthy work-life balance and the stability of regular hours.

YOUR DAY
As a Master Mechanic - Lead Mobile Service Technician youll be our boots on the ground-diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of equipment at customer sites. Whether its forklift hydraulics construction equipment engines or troubleshooting electrical systems your days will be full of hands-on mechanical work and customer interaction. Youll act as a trusted technician and advisor delivering high-quality service while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring their equipment stays operational and reliable.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A MASTER MECHANIC - LEAD MOBILE SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Required qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a mechanic or equipment technician
- Hydraulic or diesel experience
- Ability to provide your own tools
- Clean driving record
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of mechanical repair experience across various equipment types (e.g. forklifts skid steers loaders)
- Construction or industrial equipment mechanic experience
- Ability to read and follow electrical diagrams or schematics
- Experience in manual troubleshooting (no computers or code readers)
