RESPONSIBILITIES
Support for month-end activities: Revenue computation Financial MIS monthly income tax provisioning quarterly tax reporting package etc. 30%
Ensure operating effectiveness of internal financial controls 25%
Prepare monthly Balance Sheet account reconciliation for SOX highlight any discrepancy to the leadership and enable closure for any unreconciled entries within reasonable period 20%
Prepare quarterly reconciliation of Statutory GAAP to US GAAP trial balance and maintain related documentation. 15%
Support consolidation process 10%
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: Masters or Advanced FIELD OF STUDY: Chartered Accountant
EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of post-qualification experience
CERTIFICATION(S): Chartered Accountant
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS ABILITIES AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:
