About the Role

This Key Account Manager (KAM) will support both centrally purchased and field-activated accounts within the Health Club segment. This position is part of a team of three and reports directly to theStrategic Accounts Director.

What Youll Do

• Build and manage relationships with field-activated and centralized accounts across your assigned region

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Health Club segment

• Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key stakeholders

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Customer Service Credit & Leasing and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce

• Support delivery and installation logistics resolving issues as needed

• Represent Life Fitness at industry events and trade shows

• Contribute to a coordinated national strategy while owning regional execution

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree required

• 4 years of B2B sales experience ideally in fitness wellness or health-related industries

• Proven success in new business development and account growth

• Strong communication presentation and relationship-building skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

• High energy resilience and a customer-first mindset

At Life Fitness / Hammer Strength we believe in taking care of our team with a comprehensive total rewards package that includes competitive pay and a range of valuable benefits. The salary range for this position intended for U.S. applicants is $78800 - $114200 actual salary will vary based on applicants education experience skills and abilities. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Chicago IL and the actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic position is eligible to participate in Life Fitness / Hammer Strengths Sales Incentive Plan with monthly commission eligibility in addition to base salary. The amount of any commission and bonus varies based on attainment of individual performance goals and other relevant factors subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive position is eligible to receive a mobile allowance to offset the costs of using a personal cell phone for business related purposes.
