Job Summary/Description:
WIS-TV is seeking a Sales Assistant to help us exceed our revenue goals. Candidate must be a team player who is detail-oriented professional and able to regularly work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Duties/Responsibilities (but not limited to) the following:
- Respond to emails phone calls and other forms of correspondence
- Book and manage orders
- Maintain client databases
- Make PowerPoint presentations for sales staff
- Assist the WIS Sales team with a variety of strategic and administrative tasks
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Word PowerPoint and Excel.
- Previous experience supporting local media sales especially knowledge of Wide Orbit is a plus.
- The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a positive attitude successful interpersonal skills and eager to learn.
- This position requires professional customer service data entry and clerical support to the WIS Sales staff with occasional requirements outside of regular business hours.
- The WIS Sales Assistant reports to WIS Sales Management
