Job Title: Social Worker - Adult Community
Location:Rotherham(Hybrid)
Pay Rate: 33 per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting a Social Worker on behalf of its clients Adult Community Team based in Rotherham.
What will your responsibilities be
- Experience supporting older adults or individuals with physical cognitive or learning disabilities
- Skilled in Care Act assessments support planning Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interest decisions
- Knowledge of DoLS including s.21A court work and ability to work within legal frameworks
- Experienced in safeguarding procedures and conducting Section 42 enquiries under the Care Act
- Familiar with CHC Checklists and DSTs; able to complete home visits with at least 3 days onsite required

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
