Wispr is building Jarvis starting with effortless voice dictation.Our mission is to make interacting with your devices as effortless as talking to a close friend.We believevoice is the most natural powerful way to communicate and were building the interfaces to make that a reality.
Our voice dictation product Flow solves the biggest use case for technology: letting people communicate with others and AI. Flow is the first consumer voice dictation platform that people use more than their keyboards.
We are a team of AI researchers designers growth experts and engineers who step away from the status quo to rethink human-computer interaction. We like working with people who are high agency open communicators user obsessed and detail oriented. We enjoy spirited debate truth seeking and impact. We have averaged 50% month over month growth in 2025 and have raised over $56M from Menlo Ventures NEA 8VC and others.
About the Role
As a iOS engineer at Wispr youll be one of the core team members responsible for the designing Wisprs iOS voice assistant improving the core Flow voice dictation experience and prototyping and shipping our new voice assistant features.
What are we looking for
- Previous founding or startup experience
- Fluency in Swift shipped multiple iOS apps to large userbases
- User-focused design intuition and design taste
- Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
- Aptitude and clarity of thought
- Creativity excellence in engineering and code velocity
Required Knowledge/Skills Education And Experience
- Built full-stack personal projects or contributed to open source in Swift (send your best)
- Incredible attention to detail on design and animations
- Care towards code quality and UX
- Strong programming practices and high-throughput of code across the stack
- Outstanding team player and communicator
$130000 - $200000 a year
- Base cash comp from $130K-200K
