Job Description We are seeking an individual who would be available to deliver our pastries to our storefronts as needed and also support our Dough Production Team. This dual-role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This full time role will alternate between driver and dough shifts depending on scheduling needs. If you love driving and want to learn more about the art of pastry this is the role for you. Come get paid to do what you love and be part of something sweet! Delivery Duties: - Safely and promptly deliver our pastries to our storefronts when needed.
- Ensure all products arrive in perfect condition and on time.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with store managers and kitchen staff
- Additional Warehouse tasks.
Dough Production Support: - Assist in preparing dough for our signature croissant-style doughnuts yeast-raised fritters cookies and savory pastries.
- Hand-cut and laminate dough with precision and care.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with food safety standards.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced team-oriented kitchen environment.
Qualifications: - Must be 18 years or older to apply.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Must successfully pass a driver history check drug test and physical.
- Comfortable driving during early morning hours.
- Experience in driving a 16 ft. box truck and/or sprinter van.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand walk bend squat and use a ladder continuously during shifts.
- Strong upper body strength required to press push and flatten dough as well as to leverage and press sheets of butter into prepared dough.
- Comfortable performing repetitive and physically strenuous tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable punctual and detail-oriented.
- Strong desire to learn grow and continuously improve.
- Work with efficiency intentionality and haste.
- Interest in baking or working in a professional kitchen is a plus.

Hourly Rate with Tipshare: - Dough Shifts : $16.50 - $18.50 per hour (base wage tip share)
- Driver Shifts: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (base wage tip share)
