Your tasks will include customer service tech support or sales and youll continuously have opportunities for professional development.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support customers via phone email and chat
• Resolve inquiries and issues quickly and professionally
• Collaborate with colleagues in an international environment
• Participate in virtual meetings and team projects

Requirements for a Remote Employee in Greece:

• EU passport or work permit
• Permanent full-time employment be prepared to commit for at least 4 months
• Strong Finnish skills both spoken and writte
  
• Good English skills
• Independent structured and responsible
• Familiar with digital media and experience with online collaboration tools (e.g. Zoom or Teams)
• Access to a stable internet connection from your own apartment somewhere in Greece or on the islands
