Senior Defense Litigation Associate
About the Job:
We are seeking high-performance legal professionals with 8 years of personal injury defense litigation experience particularly in defending commercial trucking companies. We offer both in-office and remote work opportunities with flexible compensation packages.

- Willingness to travel throughout Texas.
Core Requirements:
- 8 years of substantial personal injury defense litigation experience.
- Significant experience defending commercial motor carriers.
- Proven track record of managing complex defense cases from inception through resolution.
- Leadership experience in depositions hearings and mediations.
- Texas Bar admission and current Texas residence.
