Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Architect specializing in CRM Data AI solutions to lead strategic solution design architecture and delivery within our Salesforce Practice. This role demands deep functional expertise business acumen and leadership in designing enterprise-wide Salesforce ecosystems that drive measurable business outcomes. The Senior Architect will collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to craft scalable high-impact solutions that span marketing IT and business functions. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in pre-sales shaping strategic business solutions and cross-cloud best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture:
- Design architect and oversee the implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions with a focus on enterprise-wide strategic business solutions.
- Develop scalable cross-cloud architectures integrating multiple Salesforce products (e.g. Sales Cloud Service Cloud).
- Define best practices for data unification segmentation real-time activations and cross-cloud architecture.
Technical Leadership:
- Lead solution design sessions and technical workshops with client stakeholders.
- Create technical design documents data models and integration diagrams.
- Guide development teams through project lifecycles from pre-sales and discovery to implementation and post-launch support.
- Ensure alignment with Salesforces evolving platform capabilities and industry best practices with a keen interest in exploring new and innovative possibilities with AgentForce.
Client Engagement & Advisory:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients translating business needs into actionable technical strategies.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Collaborate with Salesforce product managers and technical leads to ensure continuous innovation.
Pre-Sales & Business Development:
- Support pre-sales efforts by identifying strategic business solutions creating solution proposals and participating in client pitches.
- Estimate project timelines technical level of effort and resource needs for enterprise data solutions.
- Develop thought leadership content and participate in industry forums.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Mentor and develop technical team members fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Lead architecture reviews and code quality assessments.
- Support talent acquisition by participating in recruitment and technical interviews.
