About this Position Position/Specialty: Mobile MRI Tech and Main MRI Shift: Will work 3x12 days Friday-Sunday-7a-7:30p. Will work holidays if they fall on scheduled shift. Is on-call REQ No Required/Preferred Years of experience REQ: 1 year minimum First-timers accepted: Yes Cert/Lic REQ: BLS Certification/Licenses REQ/ accepted: ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT state license is NOT required Experience Required: Siemens experience Level 1 Trauma experience preferred Misc. Radius rule Yes 60 miles. Are locals accepted Yes on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on manager/units needs Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Teaching Hospital Magnet / Teaching / Level Trauma: Magnet Teaching and Level 1 Trauma Total Staffed Beds: 865 Scrub Color: Teal top black bottom Charting: Epic Parking Cost: Nights and weekends cost only. Onetime payment of $20 for a parking pass. Hurricane Season** Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem please ensure travelers do not confirm a NEW or EXT assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.
