Job Description
Location: Waxahachie TX 75165
Shift: 12 HR Days 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)
- Recognize potential clinical or operational problems and apply effective problem-solving strategies.
- Oversee and support the nursing team to ensure high-quality cost-effective care.
- Strategically allocate resources to balance optimal patient outcomes and operational productivity.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures in alignment with accreditation standards and institutional priorities.
- Support performance improvement initiatives based on research and best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership in clinical settings with the ability to mentor and guide nursing staff.
- Strong commitment to professional development patient safety and evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork across departments.
- Education: Associates Degree in Nursing required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience (Interventional Radiology or related specialty preferred).
- Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- Certification:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire if not already certified.
