Job Description
RN Urology (Permanent Role)
Location: Dallas TX 75246
Shift: 12 HR Days 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the Urology unit.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to healthcare team.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on urological conditions procedures and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with hospital policy.
- Uphold patient safety and infection control standards at all times.
Education & Experience:
- Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program (ADN or BSN)
- Minimum of 1 year of inpatient hospital RN experience required
- Urology or med-surg experience preferred but not required
License & Certification:
- RN Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Texas
- BLS Basic Life Support (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
