Salesforce CPQ BSA

Location: Dallas TX

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders
• Analyze current-state quote pricing and approval processes outside of CPQ
• Identify pain points inefficiencies and areas for automation or standardization.
• Define high-level CPQ solution recommendations aligned with business goals.
• Develop a phased CPQ implementation roadmap and present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on CPQ and sales processes.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ or equivalent platforms.
• Proven ability to lead workshops document business processes and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Excellent communication process mapping and strategic thinking skills.
