Job Description
Hourly Pay Rate BR - BR (This is a union position rate will be decided on years of experience and non-negotiable)
Relocation Assistance Available
BR000 Sign-On for Full-Time / BR000 Sign-On for Part-time (1/2 Sign-On for New Grads)
Perm Placement Fee 19% (15% for New Grad)
Physical TherapistPerforms physical therapy evaluations establishes plan of care to meet identified goals provides treatments evaluates effectiveness of treatments and modifies plan of care as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

- Maintains regular consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/DEGREES
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Oregon
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)
EXPERIENCE
- 1 year experience as a physical therapist in acute care setting required
- New Grads can be considered
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
