Are you ready to lead a high-impact team handling legal appeals training staff solving case issues and ensuring accuracy in legal processing Join us as an Appeals Clerk III where your attention to detail problem-solving skills and leadership will shape justice behind the scenes.The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED and two (2) years of legal court related clerical or higher-level experience in a court of law processing legal documents preparing court calendars and/or performing jury selection duties or providing one-on-one training.

Step I: All applications will be reviewed to identify candidates who meet the minimum qualifications; those candidatesdeemedmost qualified may be referred to step II in the selection process.

Step II: Candidates that are successful in the previous step may be invited to take online and/or in person pass/fail assessments. Candidates passing the examination may be referred to step III in the selection process.


Step III:Those candidateswhoare successful in the previous step may be reviewed by the Subject Matter Experts. Successful candidates may be invited to participate in the oral interview.


Step IV: Those candidates who are successful in the interview (weighted 100%) may be placed on the eligible list. Placement on the eligible list is not a guarantee of employment.


Additional steps for the selection process will include a background and reference checks.
