Position Summary:
Key is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Regulatory Reporting Governance Senior Analyst to support the governance oversight and quality assurance of enterprise regulatory reporting processes. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the completeness accuracy and timeliness of regulatory submissions by enhancing control frameworks supporting data governance initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution and documentation of governance procedures tied to regulatory reporting processes.
- Partner with data owners report preparers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise policies and regulatory expectations.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of governance policies documentation and training materials.
- Perform risk assessments across the regulatory reporting lifecycle to identify control gaps emerging risks and areas for process improvement.
- Participate in periodic reviews of control execution and escalate issues or gaps to appropriate governance forums.
- Assist in the development of communication of regulatory reporting changes control updates and governance expectations to stakeholders across business risk and finance functions.
- Collaborate with Regulatory Policy Report Owners and other stakeholders on the documentation of business definitions relevant to regulatory reporting
- Provide credible challenge on interpretations compensating control risk assessments data quality observations and other areas impacting the timeliness and accuracy of regulatory reports
- Track and report on key risk indicators data quality observations and control performance metrics to management and other stakeholders.
- Accelerate the resolution of known issues by coordinating with report owners data stewards and technology teams to drive timely remediation and root cause analysis.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field
- 3 years of experience in audit internal controls or risk governance
- Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of financial institution regulatory frameworks (e.g. FR Y-14 CCAR Basel FDIC 371 etc.) and reporting requirements.
- Experience with financial institutions
- Exposure to regulatory exams or internal audit processes.
- CPA or similar certification
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $70000 to $80000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
