Consulting - Technology Consultant - Cyber Security Privileged Access Management (PAM) Manager (Multiple Positions) (1628049) Ernst & Young U.S. LLP Dallas TX.

Assist clients in aligning security management strategy with business goals by managing who has access to which resources and services as well as enforcing business privacy and security policies as part of privileged access management (PAM) services. Help clients gain insight and context to their complex PAM environments by assessing improving and building infrastructure processes and policies in order to meet the clients current and next generation PAM cyber security needs. Supported by strategic alliances with third-party vendors provide broad services including: strategy assessment testing and implementation of PAM solutions. Assess and deliver foundational components of PAM services. Work and provide service in the following areas: Current state privileged access management assessments; Capability maturity and benchmarking assessments; Developing PAM strategy and road maps; Target operating model and governance; PAM policies procedures and standards; Vendor analysis and assessments; Design and architecture for PAM transformation; PAM Process and policies design and re-engineering; Implementation expansion and integrations of PAM solutions; PAM solution migrations; Discovery remediation and onboarding of privileged accounts and secrets; and Operation process automation.

Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment Monday Friday 40 hours per week 8:30 am 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Information Sciences Engineering or a related field and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively will accept a Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems Information Sciences Engineering or a related field and 4 years of work experience.

Must have 4 years of experience in one or more of the following:
Privileged access management solutions including design implementation or operations of PAM technologies (CyberArk BeyondTrust Delinea or HashiCorp);
Secret management solutions including understanding of DevOps (Ansible Jenkins Gitlab Kubernetes or terraform) and cloud (Azure AWS and GCP) solutions sets;
Windows Linux and Unix operating systems;
IGA solutions (SailPoint or Saviynt); or
Scripting and programming languages (PowerShell Java or C#) and Microsoft office including PowerPoint and Excel.

Must have 4 years of experience leading multiple teams on PAM systems or programs.

Must have 4 years of experience operating PAM systems or programs.

Must have 4 years of experience leveraging access control concepts including directory services SAML LDAP or PKI.

Requires domestic travel up to 40% to serve client needs.
