This position is responsible for receiving all referrals to the program documenting receipt distributing referrals to the appropriate site for service coordination assignment and assisting with other clerical needs. This bilingual employee will carry out principle responsibilities as stated in this job description in the familys preferred language when appropriate and requested.

Education: High School/ GED
Years Experience: 1 year
Defined Experience: Knowledge in birth to 6 years customer service clerical positions and/or ECS experience. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
License/Certifications: Valid Texas drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
Must provide license (if applicable) and official documentation of all educational attainment i.e. Transcript/Degree/Certificate
