Overview
Reporting to WORLDs Compensation Business Partner this position plays a key role in the analysis tracking and management of important data related to compensation programs for the company. This individual will ensure that total rewards offerings are competitive cost-effective compliant and aligned with business strategy. The role involves data analysis benchmarking reporting and cross-functional collaboration to support decision-making and enhance employee experience.

This position is located in New Jersey. The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $75000 to $90000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors including business needs experience level of responsibility and qualifications.
