Make a Difference

The Contact Center Analyst will help design implement and maintain call center technologies and infrastructure. The Contact Center Analyst will install troubleshoot repair and maintain VoIP telephony systems. This position will require on-call participationwith the Unified Communications team and traveling to various sites of care on an as needed basis.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree in communications technology or its equivalent preferred.
  • One year of experience in Unified Communications or other related IT technologies required.
  • One year experience with WebEx Contact Center preferred.
  • One year experience with CUIC Cisco Call Studio and Contact Center Express preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization.
  • Independently manage time and priorities.
  • Work effectively within a team environment.
  • Ability to use customer service skills to provide exceptional experience.
  • Ability to provide on-call support for after hours and weekends as needed per department needs.
