Make a Difference
The Contact Center Analyst will help design implement and maintain call center technologies and infrastructure. The Contact Center Analyst will install troubleshoot repair and maintain VoIP telephony systems. This position will require on-call participationwith the Unified Communications team and traveling to various sites of care on an as needed basis.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
