Job Description
We are seeking a CyberArk PAM Specialist with strong experience in Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) who thrives in a collaborative DevOps environment. As a key member of our Agile team you will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Privileged Access Management (PAM) services primarily based on CyberArk and related products such as Conjur.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the CyberArk PAM SME responsible for design implementation support and maintenance of PAM services.
Manage privileged credentials for various platforms (e.g. Linux Oracle) using CyberArk solutions.
Work within a SCRUM/Agile DevOps team environment to deliver secure scalable and resilient PAM solutions.
Maintain test and document source code and system configurations in tools like Confluence and Azure DevOps.
Participate in periodic off-hours upgrades and maintenance as part of a shared 24/7 standby rotation (compensated).
Develop and maintain test cases to ensure the stability and functionality of PAM integrations.
Support role-based access control (RBAC) and audit-compliant identity workflows.
Actively contribute to knowledge sharing team discussions and collaboration using Microsoft Teams and Azure DevOps.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven expertise with CyberArk and its key components: PSM PSMP CPM OPM Conjur.
Strong scripting/programming skills (e.g. PowerShell Python Bash).
Experience with Secrets Management Vaults and Cybersecurity best practices.
Familiarity with role-based access access auditing and secure credential workflows.
Hands-on experience in Agile/SCRUM and DevOps practices.
Good communicator with solid command of English (Dutch is a plus).
Experience documenting technical solutions and systems.
