Store In-charge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow. This role involves managing staff maintaining inventory and providing excellent customer service while also driving sales and achieving targets. Key responsibilities include managing inventory supervising staff ensuring store standards are met and coordinating with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Maintaining accurate stock records conducting regular stock checks (physical and system) and coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment.
Staff Management:
Supervising store staff scheduling performance evaluations and providing guidance and support.
Customer Service:
Addressing customer complaints and queries ensuring a positive shopping experience and potentially handling sales strategies.
Store Operations:
Overseeing daily store operations ensuring a clean and organized environment and maintaining store standards.
Sales and Targets:
Monitoring sales performance implementing strategies to achieve targets and potentially participating in promotional activities.
Compliance and Reporting:
