Basic Job Functions:
Communicate with customers on a regular basis to problem solve issues they are experiencing. Assure timely accurate resolutions are provided to customers.
Help lead investigations to get to root cause of issues
Collaborate with other departments to find solutions and help facilitate process improvements
Perform other tasks as directed by Quality Services Supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent
Prior experience with Microsoft programs including Microsoft Excel and Word
1 years experience in professional role
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in claims customer service or insulated metal panels
Prior experience in D365 a plus
