% of Practice: 50% OP 50% IP

Physician in Practice: 4

Support Staff: 2 APPs 2 LVN 6 MAs 1 Nuclear Tech 1 EKG Tech

Procedures:

- Non Invasive: Echocardiography TEE

- Invasive: Cardiac catheterization

Office Equipment: Treadmill Echo Machine EKG Nuclear Camera

Beds in the Dept: 144; ICU: 10

No of Exam Rooms: 6

Trauma Level: III

EMR: Epic

Hospital Privileges required: Yes

Temporary Privileges available: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active CA License

BC/BE

DEA

BLS ACLS PALS NALS
