Are you a proactive problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of sales customer experience and operational excellence Minitab is seeking a Team Lead Sales Administration to drive smooth and efficient sales operations while supporting our customers and sales team.

In this hybrid rolepart leader part individual contributoryou will act as the vital link between Customer Order Management Finance Sales and Minitab customers/prospects ensuring seamless order processing accurate customer information and exceptional pre- and post-sale support. Youll manage administrative workflows maintain critical customer data and provide insights that empower our sales team to succeed.

As the point of contact for your team youll foster collaboration ensure operational efficiency and lead by example to deliver exceptional service and support.

What Youll Do:

• Facilitate and optimize order processing and customer information management.

• Support sales with opportunity and order-related data ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Provide responsive high-quality customer service before and after sales.

• Manage administrative duties and workflows to support team efficiency.

• Lead coach and coordinate team activities to achieve operational goals.

What Were Looking For

• 3 years of administrative experience (sales operations or related role preferred).

• Supervisory experience required.

• Bachelors degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Strong organizational data management and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
