Position Summary:We are seeking a motivated and analytical Market Insights Associate to support our business units with strategic insights that inform planning and decision-making. This role will focus on uncovering trends assessing market opportunities and translating findings into clear actionable recommendations. Youll work closely with a senior team member and cross-functional partners to analyze performance evaluate growth potential and lead development of business cases for new initiatives. This is a great opportunity to deepen your analytic business planning and executive communication skills in a collaborative environment.



Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret business performance data to uncover trends patterns and drivers of growth across multiple markets and product segments.
  • Develop strategic insights from various internal and external data sources to generate clear actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
  • Drive strategic planning processes by creating data-driven forecasts market models and opportunity assessments across a 1224-month horizon.
  • Lead business case development for new product launches market expansion opportunities and strategic initiatives through both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Conduct secondary research to monitor industry trends emerging competitors customer needs and shifts in the market landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding marketing sales finance and operationsto influence go-to-market strategies pricing and resource planning.
  • Lead the development of presentation materials reports and dashboards that translate complex findings into clear visual and narrative summaries for executive audiences.


Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Economics Finance or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 4 years of relevant experience in strategic planning business development financial analysis or market researchideally in a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Strong business acumen with outstanding critical thinking skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience working across large complex datasets using tools such as Excel Power BI Tableau or similar platforms including the ability to leverage AI-based tools for enhanced insights.
  • Solid understanding of market sizing competitive analysis and forecasting techniques.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to create executive-ready Powerpoint presentations and communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Proven collaboration skills and a proactive team-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Dedicated and highly motivated professional with a track record of achievement
