Job Description
REQUIREMENT:
Systems Analyst 3 - Peoplesoft Functional - AR/Billing Process Expert & Public Sector ERP Modernization Consultant
Austin Texas (Hybrid)---Locals Only
Need Overall 10Years of experience
3 References from the recent projects are must.
Required Skills
- 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
- 8 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations
- 8 years of experience in gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis
- 8 years of experience performing hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces
- 8 years of experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio) (minimum 4 years required)
- 8 years of experience working with Microsoft Teams in large team settings (minimum 2 years required)
Specific Skills:
- PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 (Accounts Receivable & Billing)
- Fit-gap analysis and requirements gathering
- Integration testing with third-party systems
- Microsoft Office 365 (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio)
- Microsoft Teams collaboration in large team environments
- Data mapping between legacy and interface systems
- Functional documentation and process modelling
- SharePoint
- PeopleSoft AWE Approval Workflow Engine
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Jira and STAT tools
Preferred Skills
- 4 years of experience working with a public sector organization (Federal State or Local Government)
- 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Asset Management
- 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Accounts Payable
- 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in General Ledger
- 2 years of experience working with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system
- 2 years of experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
- 2 years of experience with SharePoint
- 1 year of experience with Jira
- 1 year of experience working with the Scrum framework
- 1 year of experience with STAT
