Job Description
Position: Behavior Assistant (3 positions) Location: Brookside Elementary School Schedule: 2025-2026 School Year Hours 8:35 3:05 Salary: Per Contract $19.10 - $24.92/hour based on experience & certificationTo Start: August 25 2025Qualifications:Bachelors degree preferred Knowledge and experience of the following are preferred:Previous Special Education experienceExperience working with students with disabilitiesBehavior management trainingCPI restraint training preferredWilling and able to train Duties:Provide/support direct educational services Work with students with disabilitiesWork collaboratively with others in classroom (sub-separate and/or inclusion)Create opportunities for generalization and maintenance of skillsCompletion of daily log as necessaryMaintain student notebook in neat and orderly mannerMaintain student specific materials reinforcersParticipate in program meetings/trainings Review progress on IEP goalsSupport students in ADL (self-care & hygiene toileting and other needs identified by the students IEP and/or care plan).Perform other duties as assigned by Lead Teacher and/or Administrator
