Job Description
Location: Aurangabad

Key Responsibilities:
Plan organize and control production to meet daily weekly and monthly targets.
Ensure efficient resource utilization (manpower machines material).
Monitor production KPIs like OEE rejection rates downtime and throughput.
Drive cost optimization waste reduction and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Lead mentor and manage production supervisors and shop-floor teams.
Collaborate with Maintenance Quality Planning and Supply Chain for smooth operations.
Implement and maintain safety health and environmental standards (5S EHS).
Maintain records and documentation as per ISO / QMS / regulatory requirements.
Conduct daily production meetings identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions.
Support new product introductions and process improvements.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
12-15 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in team handling and production supervision.
Strong understanding of lean tools TPM Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred).
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / etc.) and MS Office.
Sound knowledge of quality systems (ISO/TS/AS or GMP if pharma/food).
