Job Summary:
The Cardiac Rehab Nurse is responsible for providing specialized nursing care to patients enrolled in cardiac rehabilitation programs. This role focuses on monitoring patients cardiovascular health providing education on lifestyle modifications and assisting in the development of personalized rehabilitation plans. The nurse will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the safe and effective recovery of patients who have experienced heart disease heart surgery or other cardiac events.

Education:
Registered Nurse (RN) with a current and valid license.
