Travel & Expenses are covered at 100%. Estimated Travel Requirements 75%.

Precast Concrete Industry Experience is required.
Wastewater Septic Systems experience preferred.

Position Overview

This position will ensure that expected sales revenue and customer satisfaction goals are accomplished in the assigned territory within our Si Precast and Redi-Rock product offerings personal car Mileage will be reimbursed through Modus driving program. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales strategies that align with business goals to drive revenue growth within assigned territory and product categories. Primary categories include wastewater septic systems retaining wall systems and infrastructure.
  • Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain relationships with customers serving as their primary point of contact. Build strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Generation: Actively seek out and engage potential customers to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close opportunities with customers ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Communicate the benefits of the companys products or services to customers tailoring solutions to their needs.
  • Proposals: Bid projects with a clear understanding of market conditions Si Precast costs and pricing.
  • Metrics and Analysis: Track sales performance analyzing data and reporting on key metrics to identify areas for improvement. Routinely maintain the companys CRM / Sales Call Management System & Sales Reporting process for assigned territory.
  • Sales & Operations Planning: Support and participate in established S&OP process to include demand planning at the discrete customer project and/or item levels.
  • Reporting: Provide management with reports on customer needs problems interests competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
  • Collaboration: Work cross functionally with other team members including marketing customer experience engineering and operations to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery. Act as a liaison between the customer and engineering to help facilitate an appropriate wastewater system or retaining wall system design.
  • Development: Participate in an effective sales training and development program to achieve overall success and capabilities.
  • Presentations: Present solutions to potential customers often through calls online meetings lunch-n-learns or face-to-face to prepare and deliver impactful executive-level presentations.
  • Travel: Attend required sales meetings business meetings and industry conventions. Routinely travel to customers job sites and trade events demonstrating the required work ethic in-person customer impact and overall sales skills and competencies.

Education & Certificates and/or Experience

  • Bachelors degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; or four to five years of experience in Business Administration Sales or Marketing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years in an outside B2B field sales role
  • Must possess a good grasp of basic construction installation manufacturing and sales principles.
  • Precast Concrete Industry Experience is required.
  • Wastewater Septic Systems experience preferred.
