Role Overview:
Were looking for a Junior MERN Stack Developer who has hands-on experience in building full-stack web applications and can work independently on projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop scalable web applications using MongoDB and
- Work with Redux for effective state management
- Collaborate with the design and backend team for smooth integration
- Analyze technical requirements and provide efficient solutions
- Debug troubleshoot and optimize performance
- Deliver quality code independently with clean documentation
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions
Must-Have Skills:
- 6 months 1 year of hands-on experience in full MERN stack development
- Proficiency in MongoDB and Redux
- Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills
- Good understanding of technical requirements and task breakdown
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
