Description

Step into a pivotal role as a Trade Lifecycle Lead Vice President at JPMorganChase where youll be instrumental in managing the operations of the pre- and post-trading lifecycle across all asset classes. Your expertise will be key in driving operational efficiency mitigating risks and leading strategic projects to ensure seamless trade processing and the implementation of innovative solutions.

As a Trade Lifecycle Lead Vice President within JPMorganChase you will be a key player in managing the operations of the pre- and post-trading life cycle across all asset classes. Your role will involve overseeing derivative settlements facing off directly to clients investigating breaks and coordinating with other functions to ensure excellent client service. You will be expected to leverage your deep understanding of trade lifecycle principles and practices to identify trends generate innovative solutions and ensure all trades are processed on respective platforms. Your advanced skills in areas such as fraud prevention stakeholder management process improvement and automation will be crucial in driving operational efficiency and mitigating risks. As a subject matter expert you will also play a pivotal role in leading change management initiatives managing projects and influencing strategic decisions within your area of responsibility.

Job responsibilities

  • Oversee and process time sensitive payments for the four derivative asset classes.

  • Lead the reconciliation of ledgers through comprehensive investigation using various systems and tools leveraging your advanced knowledge in market product and process improvement.

  • Collaborate with other lines of business to facilitate proper funding utilizing your advanced skills in internal stakeholder management and influence.

  • Drive strategic projects in partnership with Product Tech and Change partners ensuring seamless change adoption with a key focus on strategic stack adoption leveraging your advanced proficiency in change and project management.

  • Spearhead process optimization projects to reduce operational manual touch points utilizing innovative tools such as UI Path Owl DQ Alteryx and imparting knowledge on these tools to the wider operations group.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

  • Experience in managing operations functions of the pre- and post-trading life cycle across all asset classes.

  • Proven expertise in overseeing cash movements in/out of client accounts and preparing funding for managed demand deposit accounts.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in using automation technologies to optimize operations and implement strategic initiatives.

  • Advanced skills in project management with a track record of leading complex projects and driving change management initiatives.

  • Strong ability to influence strategic decisions with a focus on improving operational efficiency and mitigating risks.
