What youll be doing
The Liquidity Reporting & Analysis team within Treasury Liquidity Management manages all reporting aspect of regulatory and management Liquidity reports like LCR NCCF NSFR H4 EB/ET liquidity horizon & liquidity stress testing. As a Director Liquidity Reporting and Analysis you will provide support to all areas of liquidity management. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the accuracy completeness correctness and timeliness of the Liquidity reports. As a subject matter expert in the liquidity reporting space building relationships with internal stakeholders and providing expertise to inform best practice & strategic decision making will be essential. You will lead and support projects to ensure regulatory compliance and implementation of changes to OSFIs Liquidity Adequacy Requirements and other regulatory developments.
As the leader of this team you will manage by setting appropriate context when assigning work to ensure that individuals roles support the achievement of the Liquidity Managements priorities and Treasury/CIBCs overall goals. You will also manage team members performance by providing timely and accurate formal and informal feedback.
