Girton Grammar School is seeking an experienced administrator tojoin our school community as the Junior School Receptionist First Aid and Absentees Officer.
Enjoy a great work-life balance with a term-time only rolework during school terms and take school holidays as leave (in exception to the two paid work weeks during the school holidays included in this position). This is a full-time ongoing position.
About the Position
The School Receptionist position plays a crucial role in representing the schools values through exceptional customer service efficient administration and effective communication. The Junior School Receptionist / First Aid Officer serves as the welcoming face of the Junior School at Girton Grammar playing a vital role in creating a positive and organised environment for students parents staff and visitors.
This essential role involves managing front desk operations responding to inquiries and providing administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of the schools daily activities. The Receptionist is responsible for greeting guests ensuring they have been signed in directing them to appropriate areas managing phone calls and facilitating communication between various stakeholders. With strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail the Receptionist contributes to fostering a warm and professional atmosphere that reflects the schools values and commitment to excellence.
