Were looking for a visionary Solutions Architectsomeone like youto lead the global adoption of our Guidewire cloud platform and drive innovation across our specialized insurance products. This is your opportunity to shape enterprise strategy modernize platforms and lead cloud transformation at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the rollout and evolution of Everests Guidewire cloud platform across our insurance ecosystem
- Build and maintain a long-term roadmap that aligns with business goals and Guidewires product updates
- Evaluate applications and guide platform selection to ensure optimal performance and fit
- Lead modernization efforts adopt new technical capabilities and scale solutions globally
- Ensure your solution designs follow best practices integration standards and enterprise architecture principles
- Mentor delivery teams and architects lead technical workshops and foster continuous learning
- Assess cloud readiness and support seamless migration to cloud-native capabilities
- Track software versions manage open-source and third-party tools and maintain architecture documentation
Qualifications:
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 10 years in software development including 3 years in architecture roles
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire including cloud platform implementations
- Familiarity with Commercial Lines (Auto Workers Comp Liability) is a plus
- Expertise in designing scalable resilient cloud applications
- Strong understanding of cloud security compliance and networking
- Preferred certifications: Guidewire Cloud Azure/AWS/GCP Architecture
- Experience with data migration analytics and insurance data models
The base salary range for this position is $173000 - $237000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education experience qualifications and work location. All offers include access to a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage an employee wellness program life and disability insurance 401k match retirement savings plan paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
