Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Call Center Agent to join our team in Dallas TX. This role will support one of our key banking clients by providing exceptional customer service and assistance to their clients. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment demonstrate strong communication skills and have a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from customers regarding banking inquiries account issues and services.
Provide accurate information about banking products services and policies.
Assist clients with account management including balance inquiries transaction details and account updates.
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively ensuring customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions accurately in the system for future reference.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay updated on banking regulations policies and product offerings to provide informed support.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A strong commitment to customer service and a positive attitude.
