This role includes prompt engineering system design ML model assessment building data pipelines creation of prototypes evaluation operationalization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both classical and deep learning techniques with the ability to develop and deploy production-ready machine learning solutions.

What youll do
- Contribute to the backend services that power ML and Generative-AI features.
- Design develop implement and evaluate machine learning models using classical and deep learning approaches as well as GenAI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into existing products and services
- Analyze and improve efficiency accuracy scalability and stability of AI enabled workflows
- Stay current with the latest advancements in ML and AI technologies
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the ML team
What you need to succeed
Required Qualifications:
- Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science Machine Learning or a related field
- 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering roles
- Strong software engineering skills including version control code review and CI/CD practices
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch scikit-learn Sagemaker
- Experience in developing and deploying ML models in production environments
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS GCP Azure) for ML deployment
- Strong understanding of data structures algorithms and system design
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Generative AI technologies and applications is a plus
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and other modern NLP techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools is a plus
At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
