The Opportunity
Are you ready to lead impactful projects that power the future Join Hitachi Energys Transformer Business Unit as a Power Transformers Project Manager where youll drive complex initiatives across our North American factory this dynamic role youll collaborate with cross-functional teams manage project milestones and ensure successful delivery of high-value solutions. Reporting to the Director of the Program Management OfficeHUB North America youll be at the forefront of innovation helping shape the energy landscape while growing your project leadership skills in a supportive excellence-driven environment.
Lead project teams with clear goals timelines and feedback.
Manage scope budget schedule and quality to meet customer expectations.
Serve as the primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate resources across factories and service teams.
Oversee project documentation and risk management strategies.
Monitor project execution to ensure safety efficiency and compliance.
Support contract negotiations and claims resolution.
Build strong relationships with customers and vendors.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
PMP certification preferred; Hitachi Energy PM certification required within 2 years.
Proven ability to lead remote teams across multiple locations.
Experience managing scope cost schedule and vendor relationships.
Familiarity with SAP MS Project Excel and other PM tools.
